Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in building construction
- Good knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, contract documentation and specifications and project planning software
- Knowledge and experience in project scheduling, delegation of responsibilities, interaction with sub-contractor, plan review, etc
